Special Case CT

Medical history:
52 year old male patient with renal insufficiency which requires dialysis. Palpable abdominal mass. CT checkup prior to planned kidney transplant.

Polycystic kidney disease.
In addition to the kidney cysts there are liver cysts to be found, measuring up to 14*16*18 cm, which lead to massive extrusion of the other abdominal organs.
