Special Case CT
The hemivertebrae T10 - T12 are of similar size with the contralateral segments of T10
and T11 being completely absent, whereas the contralateral segment of T12 is hypoplastic.
On the side of of the hemivertebrae the pedicles are normal, the counterparts at the
same level, respectively, are hypoplastic.
Ribs are rarely found on the aplastic side of the hemivertebrae. Note that in this case
they are complete.
